In this module you have learned that with good records you will go a long way to filing that tax return. Time to get a good workout by getting your records in order already.
Assignment
Create the folder structure according to the example from the video. Below is a screenshot of the folder structure you need.
Next, collect all the documents you think will be relevant to this year's income tax return, which you will file next March. Is it January, February or March? Then gather all the documents for the return that deals with last year.
Don't remember exactly what goes where now? The Consumers' Association explains it well on this page! Always check if this is the tax return for the most recent year. Some things change each year.
